1958
Acquisitions and development begin in Pinellas County — single-family homes, rental apartments, and residential subdivisions.
1976
A model condominium in Pasadena was cut into for pieces, barged up the Intracoastal Waterway and reassembled at its new location in Seminole. This became Kreative Kids Learning Center.
1980
The focus shifts to commercial property. Oakhurst Suburban Center, and Portobello Square Shopping Center are developed.
1995
Development and leasing begin on what are now four Workshop/Warehouse Centers, with more than 100 units between them.
Today
Everything we have built, we own and manage ourselves — from the same office, with the same phone number.
